Excellent food and service Celebrated my wedding anniversary at Crush. The staff was prompt with their service and knowledgeable about the food and the wine. The food was sophisticated, but did not lose the essence by layering them too much. The ingredients were very fresh. Great wine list. Would strongly recommend trying it.Was this review helpful?

Always Outstanding My family has been to Crush a few times since it opened, and we are blown away every time! Like others have said, the staff are friendly and the food is always excellent. The last time we went was during the 3 for $30 in October and they were quite busy. We ended up having to wait for about 10 minutes after our reservation. As an apology, they gave each of us a glass of sparkling rose. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, you really can't go wrong here. Was this review helpful?

IMPRESSiVE!!! I have had some phenomenal food in my life, but this place takes the cake! Went here for my wife and I's 1st anniversary, and we talked about the food for the next 4 hours! Jason Wilson is a genius in the kitchen, and everything we had was superb! Dinner started off with sliced baguette (with artesian salt and butter), followed by the Robiolo Cheese (Italian, Sheep's Milk, Citrus Marmalade & Ulmo Honey). Followed that up with the White Corn Soup with Buttermilk Foam (Bacon Braised Geoduck Clams & Salmon Cracklings) which was probably one of the most interesting/delicious things we had. For a appetizer I had the Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras “Steak” (Belgian Endive, Wenatchee Peaches, 4 Spice Biscuit) which literally melted in my mouth, followed by the Grilled Lamb “Rib Eye” & Confit Lamb Belly (Black Garlic Glazed Artichokes, Cress & Manni Per Me) which was the best lamb/meat I have ever eaten in my entire life! We also added a bottle of dom to celebrate things (which I would highly recommend if you are splurging). For Dessert, I had Jennifer's Chocolates which consisted of homemade chocolates that were bleu cheese, earl grey, bacon, lavender rubbarb, and a ale chocolate. All and all, dinner was a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. Service was wonderful and cheerfull, and I would love to go back in the near future. Menu is always changing, and Jason Wilson always tries to use local ingredients. Seriously, this is the best food I have ever had in my entire life! Please go if you have the chance, you won't be disappointed! Was this review helpful?

I am not sure if I should get a lawyer. The food was interesting. A combination of salmon roe, maple syrup, and pudding equivalent was decent. But let me tell you how we got killed. I thought I might give an interesting bottle a try. I was almost sure I knew the price was pretty high, it was talked up by the wait staff and seemed like a pretty unique item. Why not give it a try, even if its a 100% markup it still would be nice to give it a whirl.... I got home to check the price of our well enjoyed bottle and let me express how amazed I am. The markup was not 100%. Not 200%. It was a 400% markup. I mean, WTF! I feel as if I was molested without the courtesy of a lollipop. Was this review helpful?

Yummy food, great atmosphere. I was pregnant when we went and the server really helped to tailor the menu and still make it special for me, including a special dessert. Loved it.Was this review helpful?
