Agree with other poster. Adequate food - it seemed fresh enough but just not tasty. Service was good, tho. Atmosphere was country-home, and thus if that's what you want, it was good. Was this review helpful?

If you get there past 11am on a weekend, expect a 30-60 minute wait, but its worth it. The rustic food and brunch menu is simple and nice to have over good conversation and if you have some catching up to do with friends. The wait staff can take some time to get to you but that is also because they are always busy! Good and bad...Was this review helpful?

I love this place. The old wood, smell of foods all over place and country home style decour is nice. The food is hearty and then there's the cornbread ... I coudl go their just order the cornbrean and be satisfied. Service was nice but it can get crowded at times. Was this review helpful?

When I tell people that I'm from the South, they automatically tel me that Friend of a Farmer is where I need to go. It's decent but I found the pancakes a bit dry and just was overall a tad underwhelmed. If you're coming though, come early as the line? Gets out of control at peak brunch hours and you'll be guaranteed a wait. Was this review helpful?

While I love brunch at Friend of a Farmer, I'm over waiting 30-60 minutes for a table and for somewhat rushed service. The french toast really is great and I love their coffee, but I've started going elsewhere for brunch. Dinner is a better bet here, IMO.Was this review helpful?
