U must remember, w/*2 Cust. Service, U can be speaking any # of new hires. Tho, Sprint *2 does try to train well, it takes time. In THIS store, they ALL know the products + every single policy rule. They will absolutely call Sprint Corp. in your presence to prove that U were misinformed & provide U the correct help & answers. It's a smaller, more intimate store & well worth the knowledge they possess in all areas of wireless communication along with a genuine willingness to work for us. Great Job Just moved to Las Vegas and needed an upgrade phone and 4G network info. This staff knew their stuff and were very friendly. thanks,Was this review helpful?

Johnny and his staff have ALWAYS been there. Always got the answer to any problem. A real customers' store. Believe me I have had plenty of issues with Sprint, have gone as far as contacting and talking to the VP of Sprint. The one thing I will say is that Sprint has ALWAYS been willing to fix it and this store should be their flagship. Way to go you guys! --Tom ElgasWas this review helpful?
